These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the dispute resolution provisions below, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, you and UFUND agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies in accordance with applicable law and the venue provision above.
If UFUND adopts a mandatory arbitration process in the future, such process will be described in updated Terms or separate written agreements. Investment subscription documents or other agreements may contain separate dispute resolution provisions that apply to specific investment transactions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
