UFUND Land Analysis includes estimated costs for developing and building costs, installation of utility infrastructure, clearing the land and recommendations for build-out and land-use options meeting zoning and area restrictions.

Connie Wang
Principle & Founder

Connie Wang relocated to Austin, Texas to pursue her career as a manager/developer in technology, working with prestigious companies such as Visa, Dell and Cisco. In 2006 the world of real estate piqued Ms. Wang’s curiosity, leading her to become a licensed REALTOR and investor. Within four years, Ms. Wang had fully transitioned from technology to real estate, becoming a Broker and launching her first venture into wholesale and flipping. Due to her success in these areas, her business model has evolved into the successful company it is today.

Ms. Wang is the founder of UFund Ventures LLC, a real estate investment firm which is culmination of her previous experiences. She serves as President and CEO in addition to managing the Fund. Ms. Wang has also used her technology background to develop the tools that her team uses for CRM, property valuation and training.

Connie has strong background in underwriting and deal structuring. She has extensive experiences in real estate investing; both residential and commercial assets covering SFH, Multifamily, Apartments, Land, Self-Storage, Office, Mobile Park and Townhome communities. She has done thousands of real estate transactions and has managed over $100,000,000 in real estate assets through her businesses including residential off-market wholesaling. Currently, she manages a real estate portfolio valued over $15,000,000.

Connie earned her master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics in China.
